To return the watch to us please package the watch together with a short cover letter that includes your contact details.

International shipments must include the correct customs documentation - CN23 with items marked as "returned for service/repair- nil value- no commercial transaction".
Postage for Domestic Returns are included.
Overseas Return Shipping, tax and duty is payable by the Customer (please note Tax and duty are only payable on the cost of the Service/Repair - not the overall value of your watch).
Following delivery, we shall contact you via email to confirm receipt of the watch and advise on the next steps.
