Please be advised that we can no longer guarantee the repair of 1st Generation models (circular date window). Please see our Warranty FAQ’s for further information including options to part-exchange and upgrade.

Watches shipped to our US Service Centre from outside of the United States of America may be subject to taxes and/or duties levied by the US Customs Office. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure all relevant documents are completed correctly and make payment on all charges.

Nite will refuse to accept any charges applied to items returned to us and it is the sole responsibility of the customer to contact the US Customs Office to settle all outstanding charges. Nite recommend that watches are listed with a value under $200.

Once you receive your reference number please send this with your watch to our returns address making sure that your package is fully covered for loss or damage during transit.

Where available please use the original packaging. Nite International Limited cannot guarantee the return of over-sized boxes.
