If your watch is in need of a service or repair, then we can help you out with the assistance of our international service centre based service centre located in Asheville NC, USA.
A full service includes an ultrasonic clean of the watch case, installation of a new battery, re-seal and pressure test, time test and comes with a full 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects.
All repair work is subject to an assessment from our in-house Watchmaker – confirmation of non-warranty work will be confirmed to you prior to completion.
We cannot guarantee the service or repair of our 1st generation watches (models with circular date windows) therefore we would recommend contacting us prior to sending your watch in.
The service and repair process is simple:

Package your watch securely and send it in to us
We will notify you upon receipt
We will issue you an overview of the work required for your approval
The work will then be completed
Your watch will be sent back to you

What does a full service include?
A full service includes an ultrasonic clean of the watch case and bracelet, where applicable, installation of a new battery, re-seal and pressure test, time test and comes with a full 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects.
Do you offer a basic battery charge?
We do not offer just a straight battery change, but we can offer this as part of a full service. However, a reputable local jeweller or Watchmaker should be able to help you out should you require just a battery change.
Will my repair be covered under warranty?
Our 2-year warranty cover is valid from the date of purchase and covers all manufacturer defects. All warranty claims are subject to assessment.
What if I do not want to proceed with the work?
If once a diagnosis has been made you decide not to proceed with the recommended work, we can organise the return shipping to your chosen address. Please note that you will need to cover the return shipping fee.
Do you keep me updated on the status of my service or repair?
Yes, you can view the status of the service or repair from your account section. This is regularly updated at each stage.
What is the price of a full service?
A full service for any quartz model is $90.
