Servicing & Repair

 

We are the sole authorised service centre for Nite Watches and can carry out all repairs and services.

Our in-house watchmaker is equipped with the latest equipment and only uses genuine Nite Watches parts.

Our service charges are listed below. All charges are inclusive of VAT and return postage to any UK address.

A quotation for shipping charges will be provided by email for watches being returned to overseas customers. Please contact theteam@nitewatches.com for further details on this.

All non-warranty repair work is subject to assessment and a quotation will be provided for approval prior to proceeding with a repair.

Repairs for customers in the European Union will be subject to UK VAT charges. Non EU customers will not be charged UK VAT.

A full service includes a new battery and re-seal, pressure testing, ultrasonic cleaning of the watch casing, time test and comes with a full 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects.

If once diagnosis has been made you decide not to proceed with the recommended work a return shipping and diagnosis fee may be charged.

 

Please note we cannot offer a service on any of the 1st generation models.  These can be identified by the cicular date window.

Warranty Cover

 Our two year warranty covers manufacturing defects, subject to an inspection and assessment of the fault by our service centre.  

We guarantee to repair or, where this is not possible, replace a watch as appropriate with the same model or alternative model if a direct replacement is unavailable.

We will action the warranty process as soon as we receive a watch and confirm your purchase.

 

Normal wear and tear, aging and damage or defects caused by misuse are not covered by the warranty.

 

Battery replacements and repair work carried out during the term of the warranty period must be completed by an authorised Nite repair centre.

Failure to adhere to this requirement will invalidate your warranty and repair work will be chargeable.

 

Tritium is a specialist item and should not be removed by an unauthorised Watchmaker.
