How long does delivery take and what countries do you deliver to?

Watches - UK

DHL - Next day following dispatch

Royal Mail 48 - 48 hours following dispatch

Royal Mail Saturday Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm - Orders must be placed before 1pm on Friday

Watches - EU

DHL - 1 to 5 days

Watches - Rest of World

DHL - 3 - 14 days 

Do I have to pay any import charges?

We cover the cost of the shipping. However, this does not include import charges and administration fees to clear the goods when entering your country.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to understand that charges may apply and pay all subsequent import tax and duty on goods shipped to their respective Country. In the instance that items are returned to Nite Watches as a result of a rejected payment, subsequent charges incurred such as import duty and processing costs will be deducted from any refund issued. When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours of receipt.  We are closed on Saturday and Sundays therefore orders placed during this time will be dispatched within 24-48 hours of opening.

When will I receive my tracking number?

All watch orders are shipped using a fully tracked service and we'll email you a link to your tracking information once your package has been shipped from our HQ.

You can also track your orders by logging into 'My Account' and viewing your most recent orders.

Does my package require a signature?

All watch orders require a signature at the shipping address stated on your order.  Due to the nature of the goods this cannot be waived therefore if you do not think you will be available then do get in touch to discuss your options.  DHL offer their 'On Demand' service which provides you with alternative options for delivery.

Why did my order not complete?

Your bank works hard to keep your money safe, and as part of this, you will be required to enter your 3D Secure information (Verified by Visa or Mastercard Securecode) after pressing 'place order' button at the checkout.

Many banks now have extra security checks to help protect you from fraud online therefore you may require access to your mobile phone or email account so you can enter a one-time passcode, or similar, when completing your order with us.

International customers are advised to notify their bank of their intention to make their online purchase from us to avoid the banks fraud protection systems blocking the payment.

Please also ensure you have pop-ups disabled when processing your order to avoid this being blocked by your browser.

Do you have any official stockists of Nite watches around the World?

No, Nite watches are exclusively available direct from us via our website.

What currencies can I pay in?

We accept GBP for orders from countries within the EU and USD for all other orders.
