Our warranty policy

We consider customer satisfaction and after sales care to be one of the most important aspects of the business, so watches come with a two year Warranty. Our aim is to deliver exceptional products and services, all designed to deliver many years of reliable service. We take great care to ensure that each nite watch is manufactured from the finest materials and to the highest possible standard.

The fine and exacting nature of watch manufacture does result in faults occurring from time to time, should you experience any problems with your nite watch, we will deal with it as promptly and efficiently as possible. To validate your Warranty, please complete the Warranty booklet in the packaging or simply register your watch online.

Whats covered?

The Nite Watches International Warranty covers material and manufacturing defects and we guarantee to repair or replace (with the same specification or superior model if a direct replacement is unavailable) a customer's watch upon receipt of a submission and when accompanied with a valid warranty card or customer number.

Are there any warranty limitations?

Our international Warranty covers material and manufacturing defects, not damage incurred through 'wear and tear' or ageing:

• The sapphire glass
• Straps
• Bracelets
• Damaged movement caused by handling errors or through tampering

Registering your watch

It is the owner's responsibility to register their purchase online, completing the form in full, including the date of the purchase, from which date the two year warranty begins.

What to do if you have a warranty claim?

If you have a problem with your watch, please check the FAQs or call our customer services department for advice and we may be able to help. In the event of a Warranty Claim or if your watch is need of repair or servicing, please send you watch to us with an explanation:
